Best AI Automation Agencies in India (2026): Sales & Ops

Best AI automation agencies in India (2026): sales and operations

Short answer: An AI automation agency builds and runs AI agents and automated workflows for a specific job: qualifying leads, replying to inbound, triaging an inbox, reconciling invoices, answering customers on WhatsApp. India has two kinds. Large AI development companies (Appinventiv, OrangeMantra, TechAhead, LeewayHertz, Swaran Soft, Nextwebi) build enterprise agent platforms on project or dedicated-team models, with published entry points from about $6,000 (OrangeMantra) or ₹4.5 lakh for a pilot (Swaran Soft). Boutique agencies (Digital Patron, RisonAI Tech, AgenticLabs India) ship a single working agent in two to four weeks from about ₹20,000 to USD 1,500. Digital Patron, in Gurugram and Mohali, builds custom AI agents from USD 1,500 and runs a managed AI SDR from $1,799 a month, and suits B2B teams whose first automation target is sales.

Disclosure: Digital Patron is on this list. We wrote this comparison because our prospects ask us "who else should we talk to?" and we would rather give them an honest answer here than dodge the question on a call. Every agency below was evaluated on the same criteria. If you are a listed agency and want an update, email info@digitalpatron.in.

Every location, service and price below comes from the agency's own website, as checked on 14 October 2026. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say "price on request" rather than guess. Sources are listed at the end. We list ourselves first because this is our site; the "best for" line under each agency matters more than its number.

How we chose these 9 agencies

  1. Lists an Indian office on its own site. That removed Innowise, whose site names no headquarters and no India office, and Brihaspati, whose site blocked our check so nothing could be verified.
  2. AI agents or AI automation is a named service, not a bullet under "digital transformation".
  3. Active in 2026, with a live website describing current services.
  4. Publishes enough to evaluate: prices, an engagement model, a clear scope, or all three.

What an "AI automation agency" actually sells

The phrase covers four different purchases, and the price depends on which one you are making:

  • Workflow automation: n8n, Make or Zapier flows with an LLM step inside, such as "read every inbound email, classify it, draft a reply, log it in the CRM". Cheapest and fastest; RisonAI Tech publishes ₹30,000 to ₹6,00,000 for this.
  • A single AI agent: one agent, one job, one data source, with tools, memory and guardrails, such as a lead-research agent or an inbox-triage agent. Digital Patron's starter agent is USD 1,500; RisonAI Tech publishes ₹40,000 to ₹5,00,000 for autonomous agents.
  • A multi-agent system or enterprise platform: several agents sharing memory across departments, RAG over company documents, governance and MLOps. Digital Patron's multi-agent build is USD 4,000 to 6,500; OrangeMantra publishes $45,000 to $150,000 for moderately complex custom solutions and $100,000 and above for enterprise platforms.
  • A managed AI service: the agency runs the agent for you month to month. Digital Patron's AI Outreach Engine is $1,799 to $5,200 a month; RisonAI Tech's AIOps retainers are ₹15,000 to ₹75,000+ a month; Swaran Soft and OrangeMantra list managed AI services without figures.

1. Digital Patron (Gurugram and Mohali)

Offices: Gurugram and Mohali. We work with clients across India, the US, the UK and the UAE over video calls.

What we build: We are an AI automation agency and AI agent development company with a sales bias. Our custom AI agents are productised around eight archetypes: lead research, inbox triage, daily briefing, SEO research, content and social, meeting notes, document QA and market briefing, each built on GPT, Claude or Gemini with tool use, RAG over your documents, persistent memory and CRM or ATS integration. Our AI SDR service runs outbound agents on email and LinkedIn as a managed programme, built on the cold email infrastructure we have run for 130+ B2B companies (50+ IT consultancies, 70+ SaaS startups, 10+ staffing firms). If you sell IT services, the IT services cold email playbook shows what the AI SDR automates.

Pricing (published):

  • Starter agent: USD 1,500 one-time, one agent, one workflow, one data source, three-week build
  • Multi-agent build: USD 4,000–6,500 one-time, two to three agents sharing memory, six to eight weeks
  • AI Outreach Engine (managed AI SDR): $1,799, $3,600 or $5,200/mo

Pros:

  • Published fixed prices and build times, which almost no Indian AI agency offers
  • Sales automation is backed by five years of outbound: the agents sit on top of domains, warmup and deliverability we already run
  • Starter agent ships in three weeks, so you learn whether the workflow holds before spending more

Watch-outs:

  • We are not an enterprise AI platform shop; if you need an AI centre of excellence, MLOps across departments or a 500-person bench, look at Appinventiv, TechAhead or OrangeMantra
  • Voice is our newest line: AI voice agents start at USD 599, but we have not yet published a voice case study; Swaran Soft and RisonAI Tech have listed voice agents for longer
  • Our outbound results (one Instantly campaign: 7K sent, 74.7% open, 17.8% reply, 136 opportunities, $308,550 pipeline) are from managed cold email, not from an autonomous agent; treat them as one campaign, not an average

Best for: B2B SaaS, IT services and staffing teams whose first automation target is sales or sales ops, and who want a fixed price and a live agent inside a month.

2. Swaran Soft (Gurugram)

Location: Headquartered on Golf Course Extension Road, Gurugram, with offices in Dubai, Tallinn and the USA, per its website. Founded 1999.

What it builds: Agentic AI implementation ("AI agents that plan, decide, and act autonomously"), process automation and RPA, WhatsApp and conversational AI agents, voice AI and call automation, LLM advisory, RAG and generative AI prototypes, AI strategy consulting and managed AIOps. It lists 12 industries including manufacturing, BFSI, healthcare, retail, automotive and government, and cites 350+ clients and 1,500+ projects.

Pricing (published): A fixed-fee pilot "starting at ₹4.5 lakh" covering one process, one language and one integration, with 30 days of post-go-live monitoring, on an eight-week timeline it describes as a contractual commitment. Build-Operate-Transfer and a "Nano GCC" (a 10-member core team launched in four to six weeks) are also listed. Larger programmes are quoted.

Pros:

  • A published, fixed-fee pilot with a stated timeline and scope
  • Voice and WhatsApp agents as well as back-office automation
  • ISO 27001 listed; SOC 2 described as in progress

Watch-outs:

  • ₹4.5 lakh is the entry point; small teams wanting a single workflow will find cheaper options below
  • Some figures on its site (certifications, client counters) are inconsistent between sections, so confirm the current ones

Best for: Mid-size and enterprise Indian companies that want a scoped eight-week agentic AI pilot with a fixed fee, especially in manufacturing, BFSI or customer service.

3. OrangeMantra (Gurgaon)

Location: Headquarters at Spaze iTech Park, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, with an office in Noida and an AI lab in San Jose, California, per its website. Operating since 2001, with "500+ experts" and "80+ AI solutions delivered".

What it builds: Autonomous agent architectures and custom AI agent solutions for e-commerce, BFSI, manufacturing, logistics and customer service; business process and intelligent automation; custom generative AI, enterprise copilots, RAG, Claude implementation and multimodal AI; conversational AI and chatbots; plus ML, NLP, computer vision, MLOps, managed AI services and AI staff augmentation.

Pricing (published in its FAQ, USD): A simple AI integration "starts around $6,000"; a moderately complex custom solution "between $45,000 and $150,000"; enterprise platforms "at $100,000 and above". A second FAQ on the same page gives $20,000 to $50,000 for simple applications and $100,000 to $500,000+ for enterprise, so treat the ranges as indicative and get a quote. Engagement models: project-based, dedicated AI team, managed AI services and consulting; timelines of 8 to 12 weeks for a focused app and 2 to 5 months for moderately complex work.

Pros:

  • One of the few large Indian AI developers that publishes cost ranges and timelines
  • Full stack from strategy to MLOps, with a dedicated-team option

Watch-outs:

  • Its own FAQs give two different price ranges
  • Entry point of about $6,000 is for an integration, not a full agent; agent builds sit in the higher bands

Best for: Mid-market and enterprise companies in Delhi NCR that want a long-running AI programme with a dedicated team.

4. Appinventiv (Noida and Mohali)

Location: Offices in Noida (Sector 135) and Mohali (Alpha IT City), with further offices in New York, Emeryville, London, Dubai, Calgary and Queensland, per its contact page. It cites 1,700+ technology specialists, 11+ years and 3,000+ solutions delivered, including "150+ AI solutions".

What it builds: AI agent development, and under its InventivAI banner autonomous workflows, multi-agent systems and enterprise copilots; RPA; generative AI development and consulting; chatbots; RAG; computer vision; and AI voice agent development. It lists 35+ industries.

Pricing: Price on request. It offers dedicated development teams and IT outsourcing, and a free consultation.

Pros:

  • Scale: a large bench and two North India offices, Noida and Mohali
  • Multi-agent systems and voice agents named as services

Watch-outs:

  • No published prices or timelines
  • A product-engineering company first; a single-workflow automation may be below its usual engagement size

Best for: Companies building an AI-native product or platform that want a large, multi-office engineering partner.

5. TechAhead (Noida; headquartered in Agoura Hills, California)

Location: US headquarters in Agoura Hills, California, with its India office at Stellar 1423, Sector 142, Noida, per its contact page. It cites "1,200+ global brands and startups".

What it builds: Agentic AI systems "which plan, decide, and execute workflows", generative AI and LLM apps grounded in enterprise data, enterprise search and RAG, an AI Centre of Excellence service, AI strategy, enterprise AI platforms, AI infrastructure management, MLOps and data engineering. Agent types named: workflow automation agents, decision-support copilots and RAG-based assistants.

Pricing: Price on request. Engagement models: staff augmentation, dedicated offshore teams, managed product engineering and a Global Capability Centre option; "timelines depend on complexity and scale".

Pros:

  • Enterprise framing, with an AI CoE and GCC route for companies that want to own the capability
  • US headquarters for US buyers, Noida delivery for cost

Watch-outs:

  • No published prices
  • Several headline counters on its homepage render as placeholders, so ask for current figures

Best for: Enterprises that want a dedicated delivery pod or a captive AI centre rather than a one-off agent.

6. LeewayHertz (Gurugram office listed)

Location: Its contact page lists one office, at Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram. Its homepage notes that The Hackett Group announced the acquisition of LeewayHertz, so it now sits inside a US-listed consultancy.

What it builds: AI agents development (it names crewAI and AutoGen Studio), ZBrain, which it describes as a "governance-first agentic AI platform", generative AI development and integration, AI copilots, LLM development, chatbots, MLOps consulting and RPA consulting. Industries: banking, manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, technology, consumer electronics, insurance, hospitality and startups. It cites over 15 years of experience and clients from startups to Fortune 500.

Pricing: Price on request. Engagement models: dedicated development team, team extension and project-based.

Pros:

  • A named agent platform (ZBrain) with governance built in, useful for regulated industries
  • Backing of a larger consulting group

Watch-outs:

  • No published prices
  • Platform-led; if you do not want to adopt ZBrain, ask how a custom build is scoped

Best for: Enterprises that want a governed, platform-based agent rollout across departments.

7. Nextwebi, aidevelopmentcompany.in (Bangalore)

Location: M-Park, Mahadevpura, Bangalore, per its website, which describes the company as "engineered in Bangalore" with 10+ years of delivery, 500+ clients and clients in 7+ countries. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 are listed.

What it builds: AI agent development, RAG applications, AI chatbots, generative AI, AI automation services, enterprise AI integration, AI web apps, document AI and OCR, and custom AI software. It says it is model-agnostic and lists Amazon Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, Meta Llama, LangChain and LlamaIndex. Use cases named: sales and marketing, customer support, HR and recruitment, finance, healthcare, real estate, logistics and operations.

Pricing: Price on request; it promises "clear scope, clear cost" after a free consultation.

Pros:

  • Model-agnostic, so you are not locked to one LLM vendor
  • Document AI and OCR alongside agents, which matters for finance and ops automation

Watch-outs:

  • No published prices or timelines
  • Team size not stated

Best for: Bangalore companies that want a local, certified build partner for agents over their own documents and systems.

8. RisonAI Tech (Panipat, Haryana)

Location: Panipat, Haryana, which it describes as "Panipat, Haryana / Delhi NCR"; remote-first, serving clients across India and Australia, per its website. Founder-led, with the founder cited as having 8+ years building software and "40+" systems delivered.

What it builds: Autonomous, tool-using AI agents (it names LangGraph and CrewAI), AI workflow automation on n8n and Make, WhatsApp Business API bots and RAG chatbots, private LLM infrastructure and fine-tuning, voice AI, CRM integration, SaaS engineering and managed AIOps retainers. Industries: clinics and clinic chains, real estate, B2B and D2C brands, SaaS startups and HR teams.

Pricing (published, INR): Workflow automation ₹30,000–₹6,00,000; autonomous agents ₹40,000–₹5,00,000; chatbots ₹20,000–₹3,50,000. Packages: AI Starter ₹20,000–₹40,000, Growth Automation ₹50,000–₹1,50,000, Enterprise AI Systems ₹2,00,000+. Monthly AIOps retainers ₹15,000, ₹35,000 and ₹75,000+. Fixed-scope, fixed-price projects with full code ownership, month-to-month retainers with no lock-in, and a quote within 48 hours.

Pros:

  • The most detailed INR price list on this list, with code ownership and no lock-in stated
  • Covers the cheap end (n8n and WhatsApp automation) that the large firms do not

Watch-outs:

  • Minimum project prices differ between sections of its site (₹20,000 in one place, ₹30,000 in another), so confirm in the quote
  • Founder-led boutique; capacity for large multi-department programmes is not described

Best for: SMEs, clinics and early-stage SaaS teams in North India that want a first automation at a fixed INR price.

9. AgenticLabs India (Bengaluru)

Location: Bengaluru, per its website, which describes it as an "AI services company".

What it builds: Custom AI agents ("autonomous agents that do the repetitive work for you"), LLM integration and RAG assistants grounded in company knowledge, workflow automation connecting Gmail, Google Sheets, CRM and WhatsApp, AI strategy and readiness consulting, MLOps, evals and production hardening, and data readiness.

Pricing (published model): A free 30-minute consultation followed by a "fixed written quote"; fixed-scope pilots with a proof of concept in two to four weeks; production rollouts "quoted against the hours they save". No figures published.

Pros:

  • Fixed-scope, fixed-quote pilots with a stated two-to-four-week proof of concept
  • Names evals and production hardening, which many boutiques skip

Watch-outs:

  • No prices, client counts, team size or industries on the site
  • Newer and less documented than the others here; ask for references

Best for: Bengaluru teams that want a quick, fixed-quote proof of concept for one agent before committing to a build.

How to choose an AI automation agency in India

  • Start with one workflow, not "AI". Pick the job with the clearest input, output and volume: inbound lead qualification, inbox triage, invoice matching, candidate screening. Agencies that ask which workflow first (AgenticLabs, RisonAI, Digital Patron) are easier to scope than those that start with a platform.
  • Ask for the price of a single agent and the price of running it. Build cost and monthly run cost (tokens, hosting, monitoring) are separate. Digital Patron, RisonAI Tech and Swaran Soft publish one or both; most others do not.
  • Ask who owns the code and the prompts. RisonAI Tech states full code ownership; platform-led vendors (LeewayHertz's ZBrain) may keep you on their stack; ask every vendor, including us, and get it in writing.
  • Ask which models they use and whether you can switch. Nextwebi states it is model-agnostic and Digital Patron builds on GPT, Claude or Gemini; a vendor tied to one LLM is a risk as pricing changes.
  • Ask about evals and guardrails. How is the agent tested before it touches a customer or a CRM record? What happens on failure? A vendor who cannot answer has not run agents in production.
  • Match the engagement to your size. A ₹20,000 n8n flow, a USD 1,500 starter agent, a ₹4.5 lakh enterprise pilot and a $100,000 platform are all "AI automation"; buy the one your team can actually operate.
  • For sales automation, check the outbound plumbing. An AI SDR is only as good as its domains, warmup and deliverability. Ask any vendor selling AI outreach what their inbox placement setup is; our AI SDR agencies comparison goes deeper.

What AI automation costs in India in 2026

From the prices published by the agencies above:

  • Workflow automation (n8n, Make, WhatsApp bots): ₹20,000 to ₹6,00,000 one-time (RisonAI Tech)
  • Single custom AI agent: USD 1,500 one-time, three-week build (Digital Patron); ₹40,000 to ₹5,00,000 (RisonAI Tech)
  • Multi-agent build: USD 4,000 to 6,500 one-time, six to eight weeks (Digital Patron); ₹2,00,000+ (RisonAI Tech Enterprise package)
  • Enterprise pilot: from ₹4.5 lakh fixed fee, eight weeks (Swaran Soft)
  • Enterprise custom solution or platform: about $6,000 for a simple integration, $45,000 to $150,000 for moderately complex work, $100,000 and above for platforms (OrangeMantra); price on request at Appinventiv, TechAhead, LeewayHertz and Nextwebi
  • Managed AI service: $1,799 to $5,200 a month for a managed AI SDR (Digital Patron); ₹15,000 to ₹75,000+ a month for AIOps retainers (RisonAI Tech)

Across the wider Indian market, boutique agencies price single workflows and agents from roughly ₹20,000 to ₹5,00,000 one-time, large AI development companies price custom programmes from about $20,000 to $150,000 and enterprise platforms above $100,000, and managed or retainer models run from about ₹15,000 to $5,000 a month depending on what the agency operates for you. These are typical market ranges, not quotes. Budget separately for LLM tokens, hosting and the SaaS tools the agent connects to.

Frequently asked questions

What is an AI automation agency?

An AI automation agency designs, builds and often operates software agents and automated workflows that use a language model to do a repeatable job inside your business, such as qualifying leads, answering customers, triaging email or processing documents. It differs from a general software house in that the deliverable is a working agent with tools, memory and guardrails, and from a SaaS tool in that it is built around your data and process.

Which is the best AI automation agency in India?

For sales and sales-ops automation at a fixed price, Digital Patron (starter agent USD 1,500, managed AI SDR from $1,799 a month) is our pick, and we are biased. For a fixed-fee enterprise pilot, Swaran Soft publishes ₹4.5 lakh for eight weeks. For published cost ranges at enterprise scale, OrangeMantra is the most transparent of the large firms. For the cheapest published entry point, RisonAI Tech starts at ₹20,000.

How much does an AI agent cost to build in India?

Published prices run from about ₹40,000 for a boutique-built autonomous agent (RisonAI Tech) and USD 1,500 for a single-workflow starter agent (Digital Patron) to $45,000 to $150,000 for moderately complex custom solutions at a large developer (OrangeMantra). Monthly running costs for tokens, hosting and monitoring come on top and are usually quoted separately.

How long does it take to deploy an AI agent?

Published timelines on this list: a proof of concept in two to four weeks (AgenticLabs India), a starter agent in three weeks (Digital Patron), an enterprise pilot in eight weeks (Swaran Soft), a focused application in 8 to 12 weeks and moderately complex solutions in two to five months (OrangeMantra).

Should I build an AI agent in-house or hire an agency?

Hire an agency for the first one or two agents if you do not already have engineers who have run LLM systems in production; the hard parts are evals, failure handling and integration, not the prompt. Build in-house once you have a working pattern to copy. Insist on owning the code either way.

What is the difference between an AI SDR and an AI automation agency?

An AI SDR is one specific agent: it researches prospects, writes and sends outreach and handles replies. An AI automation agency builds agents for any workflow, of which sales outreach is one. Digital Patron and Pixelo Digital sell both; most agencies on this list focus on back-office and customer-service automation rather than outbound. Our AI SDR agencies and tools comparison covers the outbound-specific vendors.

Next step

If your first automation target is sales, see AI SDR and the AI agent development page; if it is ops, start with custom AI agents from USD 1,500.
