Digital Patron sets up cold email infrastructure from $499: separate sending domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm-up, inbox-placement testing and blacklist monitoring, billed in USD. If we also run your outbound (done-for-you outbound at $800 a month, 2-month minimum, no setup fee), ongoing deliverability monitoring is part of that engagement; standalone ongoing monitoring is quoted on the call.
If cold email goes to spam, better copy will not fix it. The usual causes are infrastructure: sending from the main company domain, missing or misaligned SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, new mailboxes pushed to full volume on day one, and nobody watching blacklists or spam-complaint rates.
We build the sending setup the way we build it for our own cold email outreach clients: dedicated sending domains, authenticated mailboxes, a gradual warm-up, placement tests before real volume, and monitoring once campaigns are live. You can run the campaigns yourself afterwards, or have us run them.
Want to check your current domain first? Use our free email deliverability checker, or work through the SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup checklist.
The same setup sits under the outbound we have run for B2B companies. The founders have run B2B outbound for 5 years.

The setup work that decides whether cold email lands in the inbox, done once properly and then watched.
Dedicated sending domains and mailboxes set up for cold outreach, kept separate from your primary domain so day-to-day company email is protected.
Authentication records published and checked for alignment with the From domain. BIMI is available on request once DMARC is at enforcement.
New mailboxes start at low daily volume and ramp gradually before real campaign volume, so providers see a normal sending pattern.
Placement tests before launch to see whether messages land in the inbox, promotions or spam, and adjustments before volume goes up.
Domains and sending IPs checked against blacklists, with bounce and spam-complaint rates watched so problems are caught early.
Setup checked against Google's and Yahoo's sender requirements: authentication, spam-rate limits and one-click unsubscribe where it applies.
Company counts are owner-reported. The rates are from one documented Instantly campaign, not an average.

| Option | Price | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Email infrastructure / deliverability setup | From $499 | Sending domains and mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warm-up and inbox-placement tests. You run the campaigns. |
| Done-for-you outbound (cold email and AI SDR) | $800/month, 2-month minimum, no setup fee | ICP lists, sending domains and mailboxes, SPF/DKIM/DMARC and warm-up, copy, sequences and reply handling; LinkedIn add-on scoped on the call. Deliverability monitoring is part of the engagement. See cold email outreach. |

Whether domain and mailbox subscription costs are included depends on scope; we state this in the quote.
Teams search for three slightly different things and land here: a managed cold email infrastructure service (someone to build and keep running the domains, mailboxes and warm-up), an email deliverability agency for cold outreach (someone to diagnose and fix placement), and an Instantly or Smartlead managed service agency (someone to operate the sending tool they already pay for). Digital Patron does all three, in two forms.
Setup only, from $499 one-time: we build the infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned to the From domain, warm-up, placement tests, blacklist monitoring) and hand it over for you to run in Instantly, Smartlead or your own tool. Done-for-you outbound, $800 a month with a 2-month minimum and no setup fee: we run the campaign on that infrastructure, including list, copy, sending and reply handling, and deliverability monitoring is part of the engagement. Tool seats and data credits are additional in both cases.
If you are choosing the sending tool first, our breakdowns of Smartlead pricing and Instantly vs Smartlead cover the licence, limits and the costs around it.
Google requires bulk senders to keep the spam rate reported in Postmaster Tools below 0.30%, and recommends staying below 0.10% (Google's email sender guidelines). Yahoo requires complaint rates below 0.3% and unsubscribe requests honoured within two days, and bulk senders also need SPF, DKIM and a DMARC policy of at least p=none (Yahoo sender best practices).
Providers revise these rules, so re-read the source pages before relying on a threshold. Our statistics page lists the figures with the date we last checked them.
When you compare email deliverability agencies and cold email deliverability services in 2026, judge them on five things they should be able to show you: how they set up and align SPF, DKIM and DMARC to the From domain; how they test inbox placement before and during sending; whether they monitor Google Postmaster Tools and Microsoft SNDS for your domains; who owns the domains and mailboxes; and whether they also run campaigns or only infrastructure.
Digital Patron sets up cold email domains, mailboxes and DNS from $499 one-time, then monitors reputation and placement, and runs full managed cold email infrastructure inside the $800 a month outbound service. We run our own campaigns on the same setup. Read verified reviews on our reviews page before you choose any provider.

Yes. The $499 setup ends with inbox-placement tests and blacklist checks at handover, and ongoing reputation monitoring (Google Postmaster Tools domain reputation, blacklist checks, bounce and spam-complaint rates per mailbox, with a mailbox paused when it dips) is included with done-for-you outbound at $800 a month (2-month minimum, no setup fee). On its own, monitoring is quoted per domain count.
Setup is a one-time $499 for the first sending domain and mailboxes. Monitoring and ongoing fixes are part of the monthly retainer when we also run your outbound ($800 a month, 2-month minimum, no setup fee). Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST. See the pricing page.
We do not yet have a Clutch or GoodFirms profile with reviews, so our proof is what we publish ourselves: the Texas SaaS and Paris MedTech case studies, the Instantly campaign and Calendly screenshots in our track record, and named clients including Diverse Lynx, BeLight Media, Dom & Dom, Dubai Business Consulting and Eisner Gorin LLP. With Digital Patron, infrastructure and deliverability setup starts at $499, billed in USD. That covers sending domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm-up and inbox-placement tests. If we also run your outbound, done-for-you outbound is $800 a month with a 2-month minimum and no setup fee, and ongoing monitoring is part of that. See the pricing table.
New mailboxes start at low daily volume and ramp up gradually. In our standard programme, warm-up runs for about two weeks before the first small campaign sends, and volume keeps rising over the following weeks. A domain with an existing reputation problem can take longer, and we will not push volume before placement tests look clean.
We can diagnose it and fix what is in our control: authentication records, blacklist listings that can be delisted, sending volume and list quality. We usually move cold email onto separate sending domains so your main domain can recover. Reputation is ultimately decided by Gmail, Outlook and other providers, so we do not promise a recovery date.
No. Cold email goes from dedicated sending domains. Your primary domain stays for normal company and customer email.
On request. BIMI needs DMARC at enforcement first, so we cover it after SPF, DKIM and DMARC are in place.
Both are available. You can buy the setup and run campaigns yourself, or have us run cold email outreach end to end. If you are comparing that with hiring, see our outsourced SDR alternative.
Yes, in two forms. Setup only, from $499 one-time: domains, mailboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up, placement tests and blacklist monitoring, handed over for you to run campaigns in your own tool. Done-for-you outbound at $800 a month, 2-month minimum, no setup fee: we run the campaign on that infrastructure and keep monitoring deliverability as part of the engagement.
Yes. The work is diagnosis (placement tests, Google Postmaster domain reputation, blacklist and DNS checks), the fix (separate sending domains and mailboxes, SPF, DKIM and DMARC aligned to the From domain, warm-up before volume) and ongoing monitoring. It is sold as a one-time setup from $499 or as part of done-for-you outbound at $800 a month with no setup fee.
Yes. We run client campaigns on Instantly and Smartlead and can operate your existing workspace or build one: domains, mailboxes and warm-up, sequence copy, sending limits and reply handling. The tool seat is billed by the vendor; our fee is the $499 setup or the $800 a month done-for-you service. See our Smartlead pricing and Instantly vs Smartlead breakdowns for the licence costs.
