Inbound lead qualification and booking
Answer the sales line, ask your qualification questions, write the answers to the CRM and book qualified callers onto the right calendar.
Custom calling agents that answer inbound calls, qualify leads, book and remind appointments, and follow up with people who asked to hear from you. One flow from $599; multi-flow, CRM-integrated deployments up to $6,000+. English and Hindi, built in Gurugram, billed in USD.
Digital Patron builds custom AI voice agents from $599 for a single-use-case agent (one language, one call flow such as inbound FAQ, lead qualification or appointment reminders, with transfer to a human) up to $6,000+ for multi-flow, CRM-integrated deployments with several agents and compliance workflows. Prices are one-time build fees in USD; Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST. Telephony and AI platform usage (minutes, numbers, speech and model tokens) is billed by the providers at their rates on top.
An AI voice agent is software that holds a phone conversation: it listens, understands what the caller wants, answers from your knowledge base or takes an action in your systems, and hands over to a person when it should. We scope each agent around a single flow first: answering inbound calls and qualifying the lead, booking or confirming appointments, calling people back who filled in a form, taking an order-status or tier-1 support call, screening candidates, or reminding customers about a payment or renewal.
Pricing starts at $599 for that single flow in one language with basic transfer-to-human. A Business scope adds more flows, CRM and calendar integration, Hindi and English, and call analytics. Enterprise deployments from $6,000+ cover several agents, custom integrations and compliance workflows such as consent capture and recording disclosure. Every build runs on the voice stack you prefer, or one we recommend on the scoping call, and the platform usage is billed to you by those providers.
Voice is the newest line in our AI agent work. The published case studies behind our AI agents are text and workflow agents, not calls, so read them as proof of how we build agents rather than as voice results. If you need outbound email and LinkedIn run for you instead, see the AI SDR service; if the use case is chat rather than phone, see AI chatbots.
These are our published AI agent case studies. They are not voice deployments; they show the scoping, integration and human-review approach we apply to voice agents.
Exact scope and price are confirmed on the scoping call. We do not quote minute counts or accuracy figures before we have heard your calls.
Our outbound and AI agent work spans 130+ B2B companies. The founders have run B2B outbound for 5 years. Voice agents are a newer line; the counts below are for the outbound work.
Each use case maps to one call flow. A Starter agent covers one of them; Business and Enterprise scopes combine several.
Answer the sales line, ask your qualification questions, write the answers to the CRM and book qualified callers onto the right calendar.
Confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments by phone, update the calendar and flag anyone who needs a person to call back.
Call back people who filled in a form, requested a demo or asked for a quote, within the consent they gave. Never cold robocalls.
Answer routine support questions and order or ticket status from your systems, and transfer to an agent with the context when it cannot.
Run first-round screening questions, record availability, notice period and must-have answers, and shortlist for a recruiter to review.
Remind customers of due payments or upcoming renewals, capture a promise-to-pay or a reason, and log it for your finance team.
Prices are owner-published. Company counts are from our outbound work, not voice deployments; we publish no call-volume or accuracy figures.

Five steps. We define the flow and the compliance path first, then build, test on real calls with a person listening, and launch.
We map one call flow end to end: what the agent asks, what it can do, when it transfers, and which consent, number-series and recording rules apply in your market.
Signed call-flow brief with compliance notesBuilt on your preferred voice stack (for example Vapi, Retell, Bolna or ElevenLabs for the voice layer with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models) or a custom STT, LLM and TTS pipeline. We also set up or connect telephony and numbers.
Stack and telephony decided, usage costs itemisedPersona, prompts, knowledge base, guardrails, transfer rules and the CRM, calendar or helpdesk actions the call needs to end in.
Working agent on a test numberScripted and live test calls in each language, with a person reviewing transcripts, tuning prompts and tightening the transfer triggers.
Sign-off on transcripts and edge casesGo live on your number with call logs, recordings where permitted and a weekly review of transcripts, with ongoing tuning available as a retainer.
Live agent with a review loopBuild fees are one-time and in USD. Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST. Each tier is a scope definition; the exact price inside a tier depends on the number of flows, integrations and languages. Platform usage is separate and billed by the providers.
| Tier | Price | Scope | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | From $599 | One agent, one language, one flow (for example inbound FAQ or qualification, or appointment reminders), basic transfer to a human, call logs | A first voice agent on one number |
| Business | Quoted between the tiers | Multi-flow agent, CRM and calendar integration, Hindi and English, call analytics and transcript review | Sales or support lines with several call types |
| Enterprise | From $6,000+ | Multiple agents, custom integrations, compliance workflows (consent capture, recording disclosure, DND handling), ongoing tuning | Companies running calls as a core operation |
Not included: call minutes, phone numbers, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and model tokens, which the platform and telephony providers bill at their rates. We itemise the expected usage lines on the scoping call so there are no surprises on the first invoice.
Every voice agent is three stages in a loop. Speech-to-text (STT) turns what the caller says into text. A language model (LLM) decides what to say and which tool to call: look up an order, check a calendar, write to the CRM, or transfer the call. Text-to-speech (TTS) turns the reply into a voice. Around that loop sit telephony (the number and the call itself), a knowledge base for grounded answers, guardrails for what the agent must not say or do, and logging so every call can be reviewed.
We build on your preferred voice stack: for example Vapi, Retell, Bolna or ElevenLabs for the voice layer, with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models behind it, or a custom pipeline when you need control over each component or data residency. The choice affects usage pricing, language coverage and how the agent sounds, so we make it with you on the scoping call rather than defaulting to one vendor.
AI calls are regulated like any other commercial call, with a few additions. We design the consent, number-series and disclosure path into the flow before the agent makes or takes a call. The notes below are a starting point, not legal advice; confirm the current rules with counsel for your sector and market.
India. TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) govern commercial calls and SMS. Promotional communication requires the sender to be registered on the operators' DLT platform, with numbers scrubbed against the DND (NCPR) registry before promotional calls go out. Promotional and telemarketing calls run on the 140 number series; the 1600 series is reserved for service and transactional calls by regulated entities such as banks, insurers and other financial-sector companies, and government bodies. Recording a call and using personal data in it falls under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, so the agent discloses that it is an automated call and that the call is recorded, and processes only the data the use case needs.
United States. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) requires prior consent for calls made with an autodialer or an artificial or prerecorded voice, with stricter written consent for marketing calls, plus identification and opt-out mechanics. On 8 February 2024 the FCC issued a declaratory ruling that AI-generated voices are 'artificial' under the TCPA, so AI voice calls carry the same consent, disclosure and opt-out obligations as prerecorded calls. State rules and the national Do Not Call registry apply on top.
Rules change: TRAI amended the TCCCPR in 2025 and the FCC continues to issue TCPA guidance. Check the current text with counsel before launch.

Clear, commercial answers. No vague agency language, no hidden pricing signals, and no empty “it depends” answers.
Digital Patron's published range is $599 to $6,000+ as a one-time build fee. Starter from $599 covers one agent, one language and one call flow with basic transfer to a human. Business scopes add multiple flows, CRM and calendar integration, Hindi and English and analytics. Enterprise from $6,000+ covers multiple agents, custom integrations and compliance workflows. Indian clients are invoiced in INR with GST. See the pricing table.
One agent on one number, in one language, running one flow: for example an inbound FAQ and qualification agent, or an appointment reminder agent. It includes a persona and prompts, a knowledge base for grounded answers, basic transfer to a human, and call logs. It does not include telephony or platform usage, which the providers bill separately, or CRM integration, which is part of the Business scope.
Platform and telephony usage: call minutes, phone numbers, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and model tokens, billed by the providers (for example Vapi, Retell, Bolna, ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic or Google) at their rates. We itemise the expected usage lines on the scoping call. Ongoing tuning after launch is optional and quoted as a retainer.
Yes. Business and Enterprise builds include Hindi and English. Other Indian languages depend on what the chosen speech-to-text and text-to-speech providers support at the quality you need, so we test them on real calls during the build. A Starter agent from $599 is one language; add a second language within a Business scope.
Yes, within the rules that apply to any commercial call. In India, TRAI's TCCCPR requires DLT registration for promotional communication, DND scrubbing, the 140 series for promotional calls and the 1600 series for service calls by regulated entities, and the DPDP Act 2023 covers call recordings and personal data. In the US, the TCPA requires consent for artificial-voice calls, and the FCC ruled in February 2024 that AI-generated voices count as artificial. We build consent, disclosure and opt-out into every flow and do not build cold robocalls. Confirm the current rules with counsel; see our compliance notes.
Whichever fits the project. We build on your preferred voice stack, for example Vapi, Retell, Bolna or ElevenLabs for the voice layer with OpenAI, Anthropic or Google models behind it, or a custom speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech pipeline when you need control over components or data residency. The choice changes usage pricing and language coverage, so we make it with you on the scoping call. The build fee ($599 to $6,000+) is the same structure whichever stack you choose.
Voice is the newest line in our AI agent work, and we have not yet published a voice case study. Our published agent work is text and workflow agents: AI sales agents for a Texas SaaS startup and a resume-screening agent for a Texas nurse staffing agency. Read those as proof of how we scope, integrate and review agents, not as voice results. Our outbound track record covers 130+ B2B companies.
In a 30-minute call we map the flow, choose the stack, itemise the usage costs and give you a fixed build price, from $599.
