Privacy Policy

Digital Patron is operated by RENAI Technologies Pvt Ltd (Nasscom, Sector 20, Gurgaon, Haryana 122001, India). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Form submissions. When you fill out our contact form or apply for a role, we store your name, email, phone, role/service of interest, message, and resume URL (where applicable) in our MongoDB database hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1).
• Aggregate analytics. Cloudflare provides anonymized request analytics (country, browser, response time). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
• Authentication. If you sign in to the admin panel, we store your email address and a session token. We do not store passwords.

How we use your data

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, process your application, or operate the admin panel. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Microsoft Azure (Container Apps, Central India) — application hosting

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@appdigitalpatron.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Retention

Contact submissions are retained for 24 months from receipt. Job applications are retained for 12 months from the most recent activity on the application.
