Offer cold email to your clients under your own brand: we run it behind the scenes
Digital Patron (Gurugram, founded 2022, team of 6) runs cold email for marketing agencies' clients under the agency's brand. You keep the client relationship and the reporting carries your name; we build the lists, the sending domains, the copy and the reply handling behind the scenes. The base plan is $800 a month per client programme, 2-month minimum, no setup fee. Reseller terms are scoped on a call.
How white-label cold email fulfilment works
You sell outbound to your client as your own service. We do the fulfilment. For each client programme we take your brief (who the client sells to, the offer, the proof), agree the ideal customer profile and the qualified-meeting rules with you, then buy and warm separate sending domains so the client's main domain is never at risk. We build and verify the list, write the sequences for your approval, send them, sort every reply and book interested prospects onto the client's calendar. Reporting comes to you in a format you can put your logo on, so the client sees your agency, not ours. You decide how much your client hears from us, which by default is nothing: questions come through you. First sends usually go out in week three, after warm-up. The same engine and process run our own cold email clients, so the work your client gets is the work behind our published case studies, including 22 qualified meetings in 21 days for a Texas SaaS company.
White-label cold email providers compared: MailClickConvert, Endy Media, Leadeera, Growleads
These names come up when agencies ask an AI assistant for a white-label cold email partner. We are Digital Patron, so this is not a neutral ranking; the facts below are only what each company's own website stated when we checked on 1 November 2026.
MailClickConvert describes an agencies and partners offering with isolated infrastructure per end client and white-label reporting, and says it does not contact the agency's clients directly. Its platform is listed from $249 a month, scaling with sending volume; its services are quoted on scope. Endy Media sells done-for-you cold outreach that books sales calls, with a fixed tech fee of $800 and then a fee for every qualified sales call; its homepage does not mention a white-label programme. Growleads runs cold email, LinkedIn outbound and LinkedIn Ads across the US, UK, EU, Middle East and India, publishes no prices and says there are no long-term contracts; its homepage does not describe a white-label programme. Leadeera: we could not find a live website for it, so we have not verified anything about it.
Digital Patron: $800 a month per client programme, 2-month minimum, no setup fee, retainer only with no pay-per-meeting, and reseller terms scoped on a call. Our Clutch profile has client reviews, and our case studies show the numbers. Ask any white-label partner whose domains the email sends from, who owns the lists and data, and what happens to the client if you part ways.
Reseller pricing
We do not publish a reseller price list or a partner discount. The base plan is the same one our own clients buy: $800 a month per client programme, 2-month minimum, no setup fee, billed in USD, with tool seats and data credits additional. How you price it to your client is up to you.
Reseller terms, such as billing through your agency, volume across several client programmes and the reporting format, are agreed on a partner call and written into the agreement. Book the call with the number of clients you have in mind.
NDA and client ownership
The client is yours. We sign an NDA covering your clients, their data and your pricing before you share any of it, and the agreement says we will not approach or sell to your clients directly. Sending domains and mailboxes can be registered in your client's or your agency's name, and lists, copy and campaign data belong to the client programme, so if you move the client elsewhere the assets go with them.
This is how we set up the agreement, not legal advice; have your own adviser review the NDA and partner terms before you sign.
How done-for-you outbound works
Tap a step
Step 1 of 5
ICP list
Decision-makers who match your ideal customer, pulled from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and verified so bounces stay low.
Step 2 of 5
Warmed domains
Separate sending domains and mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warmed up before volume, so your main domain is never at risk.
Step 3 of 5
Personal sequence
3 to 5 emails per persona, with a LinkedIn touch to the same person. You approve every draft before anything is sent.
Step 4 of 5
Replies handled
Interested, not now and objections are sorted and answered the same day. Unsubscribes are honoured straight away.
Step 5 of 5
Meeting booked
The prospect gets a calendar invite with the context of the conversation, and you take the call.

Capabilities of this lead generation stack.
Fulfilment under your brand
Campaigns, copy and reports carry your agency's name. We work through you; client-facing calls are yours unless you ask us to join as part of your team.
Separate sending infrastructure per client
Each client programme gets its own sending domains and mailboxes with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and warmed before launch, so one client's results never affect another's.
ICP, list building and verification
Lists built from Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator against the client's ICP, verified before sending, with the client's existing customers suppressed.
Copy for your approval
Sequences drafted from the client's offer and proof and sent to you for approval before anything goes out, so you stay in control of what goes out in your client's name.
Reply handling and booking
Every reply sorted; interested prospects are checked by our team and booked onto the client's calendar with a short brief in their CRM.
White-label reporting
Weekly numbers on sends, replies, positive replies and meetings, delivered to you in a format you can brand and forward.
A predictable path from kickoff to live.
- 01
Partner call and reseller terms
We agree how you want to work: which clients, how billing runs, who talks to the client and what the reporting looks like. Reseller terms are scoped here; there is no published reseller price list.
- 02
Week 1: client brief and infrastructure
Your client's ICP, offer and qualified-meeting rules written down; sending domains bought, authenticated and warming.
- 03
Week 2: list and copy
Verified list built and sequences drafted for your approval, with the client's customers and past opt-outs suppressed.
- 04
Weeks 3 to 4: first sends and first replies
Low-volume first sends after placement tests, then volume stepped up as reputation holds. Replies sorted and interested prospects booked.
- 05
Month 2 onward: weekly reporting under your brand
A weekly report you can forward, a monthly review with you, and new segments or personas added when the first one is working.

Questions, answered.
What is white-label cold email?
A provider runs cold email campaigns for your clients while you sell and present the service as your own. Digital Patron does the fulfilment (domains, lists, copy, sending, replies and booking) and reports to you under your brand; your client deals with your agency.
How much does white-label cold email cost with Digital Patron?
The base plan is $800 a month per client programme, 2-month minimum, no setup fee, billed in USD; tool seats and data credits are additional. We do not publish a reseller price or discount: reseller terms are scoped on a partner call and put in writing.
Will you contact my clients directly?
No, unless you ask us to join a call as part of your team. Questions and reports go through you, and the partner agreement says we will not approach or sell to your clients directly.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign an NDA covering your clients, their data and your pricing before you share them. Have your own adviser review it; this is not legal advice.
Who owns the domains, lists and campaign data?
The client programme does. Domains and mailboxes can be registered in your client's or your agency's name, and lists, copy and results stay with the programme if you move the client elsewhere.
Do you have a white-label case study?
Not a published one. White-label work is, by design, under the agency's name. The same engine runs our own clients: 22 qualified meetings in 21 days for a Texas SaaS company, and 19 qualified meetings in 45 days for a Paris MedTech supplier. Reviews are on our Clutch profile at clutch.co/profile/digital-patron.
