Best Cold Email Agencies in Dubai & UAE (2026): Pricing, Deliverability

Best cold email agencies in Dubai and the UAE (2026)

Short answer: For a Dubai or UAE B2B company, the best cold email agency is the one whose pricing model, channels and deliverability setup match how you sell. Published prices from agencies serving the UAE range from about $599 a month for cold email only (Modern Inbound) to $6,000 a month for managed appointment setting (DevCommX), and SequenceO charges per qualified meeting with no retainer. Division50 and SequenceO are based in Dubai. Digital Patron serves the UAE remotely from India, from $899 a month billed in USD, and suits B2B teams that want cold email plus LinkedIn and AI SDR with published pricing.

Disclosure: Digital Patron is on this list. We wrote this comparison because our prospects ask us "who else should we talk to?" and we would rather give them an honest answer here than dodge the question on a call. Every agency below was evaluated on the same criteria. If you are a listed agency and want an update, email info@digitalpatron.in.

Every location, service and price below comes from the agency's own website, or from the public listing we name, as checked on 13 October 2026. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say "price on request" rather than guess. Sources are listed at the end. We list ourselves first because this is our site; the "best for" line under each agency matters more than its number.

How we chose these 7 agencies

  1. Serves Dubai or UAE companies, either from a UAE base or with the UAE, GCC or MENA named as a market on its own site
  2. Cold email, outbound or appointment setting is a core service, not a line item on a general marketing menu
  3. Active in 2026, with a live website describing current services
  4. Publishes enough to evaluate: prices, a pricing model, a clear service scope, or all three

1. Digital Patron (Gurugram and Mohali, serves the UAE remotely)

Offices: Gurugram and Mohali, India. We do not have an office in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE; UAE clients work with us over video calls, 90 minutes ahead of UAE time.

Services: Done-for-you cold email for Dubai and UAE companies (domains, warmup, data, copy, replies), B2B lead generation, appointment setting with meetings booked into your calendar, email deliverability setup and AI SDR agents on email and LinkedIn. A LinkedIn Sales Navigator add-on reaches the same decision-maker by email and on LinkedIn. We do not place human SDRs.

Pricing (UAE clients are billed in USD):

  • Done-for-you cold email and outbound: from $899/mo (≈ AED 3,300)
  • Email infrastructure and deliverability setup: from $499 (≈ AED 1,830)
  • AI Outreach Engine (managed AI SDR): $1,799, $3,600 or $5,200/mo (≈ AED 6,600, 13,210 or 19,080)

Deliverability: Dedicated sending domains, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on each, mailbox warmup before any campaign, inbox-placement checks before launch and daily monitoring of bounces and spam signals.

Track record: We have run cold email campaigns for 130+ B2B companies: 50+ IT consultancies, 70+ SaaS startups and 10+ staffing and recruiting firms. In Dubai, we ran cold email and outbound for Dubai Business Consulting, a Dubai company-setup and advisory firm. The founders have run B2B outbound for 5 years. One documented Instantly campaign sent 7K emails at a 74.7% open rate and a 17.8% reply rate, producing 136 opportunities worth $308,550 in pipeline; the screenshot is in our track record. That is one campaign, not an average. Our published Dubai case study, New Port Homes, is paid social, not cold email.

Pros:

  • Prices published, with the AED equivalent shown
  • Email and LinkedIn to the same person through the Sales Navigator add-on
  • Deliverability setup priced separately and visible up front

Watch-outs:

  • No UAE office, so no walk-in meetings in Dubai
  • No human SDRs or cold calling; if you want phone-led outreach, look at Division50 or DevCommX
  • Billed in USD, not AED

Best for: UAE B2B companies, such as company-setup consultancies, IT services, SaaS, logistics, real-estate and fintech firms, that want done-for-you cold email plus LinkedIn into the UAE, the GCC, the US, the UK or India, with published pricing.

2. Division50 (Downtown Dubai)

Location: Headquartered in Dubai; its site footer lists DIVISION50 LLC in Downtown (Old Souk), Dubai.

Services: Outsourced SDRs running cold calling, email and LinkedIn and booking qualified meetings into the client's calendar, with separate cold calling, cold email and LinkedIn pages. Also paid acquisition, content, SEO and events. It names the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain among its markets, and says its core B2B clients are SaaS, professional services and fintech companies.

Pricing: Price on request. Its site says pricing is quote-based, with retainers scoped to the work and a written proposal that separates fees, media, production, software, term and exclusions.

Pros:

  • A Dubai-based team, and human SDRs on the phone as well as email and LinkedIn
  • Outbound and paid channels under one roof
  • States plainly that no agency can guarantee a meeting count, which is honest

Watch-outs:

  • No published prices
  • Its homepage does not describe its email deliverability setup, so ask about domains, authentication and warmup

Best for: Companies that want a Dubai-based team with human SDRs and phone outreach across the Gulf.

3. SequenceO (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE, per its website.

Services: Done-for-you lead generation (finding decision-makers, multi-touch email and LinkedIn sequences, reply handling), event outreach for events and trade shows, and brand outreach.

Pricing (published model): "No retainer. No setup fee. Pay per result." For lead generation, the billable result is a qualified meeting booked; the result is defined in writing before the campaign starts. Per-meeting rates are not published.

Pros:

  • No retainer or setup fee, so the risk sits with the agency
  • Event outreach for teams exhibiting at Gulf trade shows

Watch-outs:

  • The per-meeting price is not on the site
  • Pay-per-meeting only works if you agree tightly what "qualified" means; get it in writing

Best for: Dubai teams that want to pay only for qualified meetings, or that need outreach around an event.

4. Growth Rhino (serves MENA; directory lists Dubai and Toronto)

Location: Its website gives no office address and says it has served companies across North America, Europe and MENA. The Salesforge agency directory lists its focus as Dubai and Toronto.

Services: Cold email, cold calling, multi-channel outbound, LinkedIn outreach, GTM automation and AI, and custom sales tools, plus paid ads and fractional GTM leadership.

Pricing (published starting ranges): Cold email outreach $2,000–$5,000/mo; LinkedIn outreach $1,000–$3,000/mo; cold calling $2,000–$5,000/mo; multi-channel outbound priced as a combination. Build work is priced as a separate project. "No bundles, no lock-in."

Pros:

  • Published price ranges per channel
  • No lock-in stated
  • Calling as well as email and LinkedIn

Watch-outs:

  • No office address on its site; confirm where the team sits if that matters
  • Its site says it is a fit for companies whose B2B contracts are worth $50,000 or more, so smaller deal sizes may not fit

Best for: B2B and SaaS companies with contracts of $50,000 or more that want to buy channels a la carte without a lock-in.

5. DevCommX (serves the UAE remotely)

Location: Its Abu Dhabi appointment-setting page describes the UAE as a market it serves and does not claim a UAE office. It says it serves B2B companies across the UAE, the USA, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

Services: Managed B2B appointment setting with email, LinkedIn and phone sequences per buyer persona, plus SDR outsourcing, cold email, outbound infrastructure, AI SDR setup, Clay, ABM and RevOps.

Pricing (published): Managed appointment setting from $6,000/mo, with an initial three-month term and then rolling monthly on 30 days' notice. Advisory and implementation work is custom-priced.

Pros:

  • Published starting price and terms
  • Phone as well as email and LinkedIn, and a dedicated Abu Dhabi page
  • Outbound infrastructure listed as its own service

Watch-outs:

  • The highest published starting price on this list
  • Three-month initial term

Best for: Funded B2B teams that want a full managed appointment-setting programme with phone outreach, and can commit a quarter.

6. Modern Inbound (Pune, India)

Location: Pune, India. Its India page says it runs campaigns from India into the US, UK, Europe, Africa and the GCC, and its UAE article says it runs outbound for teams selling into Dubai and the wider UAE.

Services: Cold email agency, lead generation agency and MSP lead generation.

Pricing (published): Personalized Outreach $899/mo and Segmented Outreach $599/mo for clients billed in dollars (₹75,000 and ₹50,000 + GST in India), billed quarterly. Mailboxes ($99/mo) and domains ($150/yr) are bought in the client's name and paid by the client.

Deliverability: Mailboxes and domains in the client's name, with a 14-day warmup before sending.

Pros:

  • Clear published prices and a clear definition of a delivered lead (a positive reply, handed over with the thread)
  • Infrastructure owned by the client

Watch-outs:

  • It states "no guarantees and no refunds", and booking the meeting is the client's job
  • Its site says first delivered leads usually take 30 to 45 days
  • Its site describes cold email only, with no LinkedIn or calling service; billing is quarterly

Best for: UAE teams with someone in-house to turn replies into meetings, who want a low-cost fixed-fee cold email engine.

7. Leads Dubai (Dubai)

Location: "Registered in Dubai, UAE", per its website, with UAE phone numbers.

Services: A broad lead-generation and marketing agency: AI calling agents, AI LinkedIn lead generation, pay-per-lead campaigns, Google and social ads, email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, cold calling and outdoor advertising.

Pricing (published model): Pay per lead: "Pay only for leads that meet your criteria." Package prices are not shown on the homepage; it offers a custom proposal.

Pros:

  • Local Dubai presence and a pay-per-lead option
  • Covers ads, WhatsApp and calling, which outbound-only agencies do not

Watch-outs:

  • Cold email is not its focus; outreach is one service among many
  • No published prices

Best for: Consumer, property and local businesses that want leads from ads, calling and WhatsApp rather than a B2B cold email programme.

Deliverability: what to ask any UAE cold email agency

  • Whose domains and mailboxes? They should be dedicated sending domains, never your main domain, and ideally registered in your name.
  • Authentication: SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain. You can check your own domain with our free email deliverability checker.
  • Warmup: how long each mailbox warms up before campaigns start (Modern Inbound states 14 days, for example).
  • Inbox placement: whether they test placement before launch and monitor bounces and spam complaints daily.
  • List freshness: UAE contact data goes stale quickly because people change roles and countries often, so ask when lists are verified relative to send time.

How to choose a cold email agency in Dubai

  • Decide the pricing model. Retainer (Digital Patron, Modern Inbound, Growth Rhino, DevCommX), pay per meeting (SequenceO) or pay per lead (Leads Dubai). Per-result models only work with a written definition of "qualified".
  • Decide whether you need phone outreach or human SDRs. Division50, Growth Rhino and DevCommX include calling; Digital Patron does not, and Modern Inbound's site does not list it.
  • Decide whether you need a Dubai team. Most outbound work happens on screens; a local office matters if you want in-person workshops.
  • Ask what a "lead" or "meeting" is. A positive reply and a booked, qualified meeting are very different deliverables.
  • Check the minimum term and currency. Published terms above range from no lock-in (Growth Rhino) to an initial quarter (DevCommX) and quarterly billing (Modern Inbound). Several agencies bill in USD.
  • Check data protection. The UAE's federal PDPL applies onshore, and DIFC and ADGM have their own regimes. Ask how the agency handles opt-outs. This is general information, not legal advice.

What a cold email agency costs in the UAE in 2026

From the prices published by the agencies above:

  • Cold email only: $599 to $899 a month (Modern Inbound), plus mailbox and domain costs
  • Done-for-you cold email and outbound with meetings booked: from $899 a month, about AED 3,300, billed in USD (Digital Patron), plus deliverability setup from $499
  • Per channel: $2,000 to $5,000 a month for cold email or calling, $1,000 to $3,000 for LinkedIn (Growth Rhino)
  • Managed appointment setting: from $6,000 a month (DevCommX)
  • Managed AI SDR: $1,799 to $5,200 a month (Digital Patron)
  • Pay per result: SequenceO (per qualified meeting) and Leads Dubai (per lead); rates not published

AED figures use the fixed peg of about 3.67 dirhams to the dollar. Budget separately for tools, data and mailboxes where an agency bills them outside the fee.

Frequently asked questions

Which is the best cold email agency in Dubai?

It depends on the model you want. For done-for-you cold email plus LinkedIn with published pricing from $899 a month, Digital Patron is our pick, and we are biased. For a Dubai-based team with human SDRs and calling, look at Division50. To pay only per qualified meeting, look at SequenceO. For the lowest published cold-email-only price, Modern Inbound starts at $599 a month.

How much does a cold email agency cost in Dubai in 2026?

Published prices from agencies serving the UAE run from $599 a month for cold email only to $6,000 a month for managed appointment setting, with per-meeting and per-lead models in between. Digital Patron starts at $899 a month (about AED 3,300), billed in USD.

Does Digital Patron have an office in Dubai?

No. Our offices are in Gurugram and Mohali, India. We serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC remotely, which is how most outbound work runs anyway.

Do UAE cold email agencies bill in AED?

Some do, but several on this list publish prices in USD. Digital Patron bills UAE clients in USD; check the currency and VAT treatment with any agency before you sign.

B2B cold email to business contacts is widely used, but it has to respect the federal Personal Data Protection Law onshore and the separate DIFC and ADGM regimes in those free zones: a legitimate business reason, a clear sender identity and an honoured opt-out. This is general information, not legal advice.
