Top 15 B2B lead generation and marketing agencies in India (2026)
Short answer: India's B2B agencies split into three kinds: outbound specialists that book meetings by cold email, LinkedIn and calling (Digital Patron, Modern Inbound, ClientMagnet, LeadShuttle, Blueberg, Sales Design, SalesAladin, Leadle, Beyond Codes, Lead To Market, DemandFluence), inbound and ABM agencies that build demand with content, paid media and HubSpot (The Smarketers, upGrowth), and full-funnel B2B marketing agencies that do both (growth.cx, Pixelo Digital). Published prices run from about ₹50,000 a month for cold email only to ₹3,00,000 a month for multi-channel programmes, with per-meeting pricing from $150. Digital Patron, based in Gurugram and Mohali, runs cold email plus LinkedIn and AI SDR from $800 a month and suits SaaS, IT services and staffing firms selling to the US, UK, UAE or India.
Disclosure: Digital Patron is on this list. We wrote this comparison because our prospects ask us "who else should we talk to?" and we would rather give them an honest answer here than dodge the question on a call. Every agency below was evaluated on the same criteria. If you are a listed agency and want an update, email info@digitalpatron.in.
Every location, service and price below comes from the agency's own website, or from the public listing we name, as checked on 14 October 2026. Where an agency does not publish a price, we say "price on request" rather than guess. Sources are listed at the end. We list ourselves first because this is our site; the "best for" line under each agency matters more than its number.
How we chose these 15 agencies
- Based in India, or delivering from India. Each agency lists an Indian office on its own site or a recognised public listing, with one exception we flag (Beyond Codes lists an Indian phone number but no Indian address).
- B2B lead generation or B2B marketing is the core service, not a line item on a general digital marketing or e-commerce menu. That rule removed ROI Hunt, whose site is built around Shopify and D2C performance marketing.
- Active in 2026, with a live website describing current services.
- Publishes enough to evaluate: prices, a pricing model, a clear service scope, or all three. Callbox was dropped because its site lists teams in seven countries and none in India.
Outbound, inbound or full-funnel: decide this first
"B2B marketing agency" and "B2B lead generation agency" are used interchangeably in India, but they sell different things. An outbound agency names your buyers and goes to them: it builds lists, warms sending domains, writes sequences and books meetings. You pay a retainer, a per-meeting fee or both, and you see replies within a month. An inbound or ABM agency makes buyers come to you through search, content, paid media and account-based campaigns; it needs a media budget on top of the fee and three to six months to compound. A full-funnel agency does both, usually for SaaS, and is priced by company stage. The table marks which model each agency runs so you can skip the ones that do not fit.

1. Digital Patron (Gurugram and Mohali)
Offices: Gurugram and Mohali. Clients in Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Dubai, the US and the UK work with us over video calls.
Services: Done-for-you cold email outreach (domains, warmup, data, copy, replies), multi-channel B2B lead generation, appointment setting with meetings booked into your calendar, outsourced SDR programmes, email deliverability setup and AI SDR agents on email and LinkedIn. A LinkedIn Sales Navigator add-on reaches the same decision-maker by email and on LinkedIn. We do not run paid media or SEO-led demand generation for B2B clients; if you want inbound, the agencies further down this list do that better.
Pricing (published):
- Cold Email Outreach at Scale package: $800/mo, two-month minimum
- Managed outbound (cold email plus LinkedIn, meetings booked): from $899/mo
- Email infrastructure and deliverability setup: from $499
- AI Outreach Engine (managed AI SDR): $1,799, $3,600 or $5,200/mo
Track record: We have run cold email campaigns for 130+ B2B companies: 50+ IT consultancies, 70+ SaaS startups and 10+ staffing and recruiting firms, including Diverse Lynx, Dom & Dom, BeLight Media, Eisner Gorin LLP and Dubai Business Consulting. The founders have run B2B outbound for 5 years. One documented Instantly campaign sent 7K emails at a 74.7% open rate and a 17.8% reply rate, producing 136 opportunities worth $308,550 in pipeline; the screenshot is in our track record. That is one campaign, not an average.
Pros:
- Prices published on the site, in USD and INR
- Email and LinkedIn to the same person through the Sales Navigator add-on
- Most of the track record is in SaaS, IT services and staffing, the three sectors that buy outbound most in India
Watch-outs:
- Outbound only: no paid ads, SEO or HubSpot work for B2B clients
- No human cold-calling team; if you want phone-led appointment setting, look at Beyond Codes, DemandFluence or Blueberg
- The $800 package is a single-persona sequence; several personas need a bigger plan
Best for: Indian SaaS, IT services and staffing companies that want cold email plus LinkedIn aimed at US, UK, UAE or Indian buyers, with published pricing. See lead generation in Gurgaon or cold email for IT services companies.
2. The Smarketers (Hyderabad)
Location: Hyderabad, on the Miyapur–Gachibowli Road, per its HubSpot Solutions Partner listing. Its own website blocked our automated check, so every fact here is from that public listing.
Services: A HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner that, in its own words, builds "entire GTM motions for companies on HubSpot": account-based marketing, full inbound marketing, content, paid advertising, SEO, HubSpot onboarding across Marketing, Sales, Service and CMS Hubs, CRM implementation and migration, custom API integrations, sales enablement and sales coaching. The listing names health, manufacturing, marketing services and technology (software and hardware) as its industries, and APAC, EMEA, North America and South America as regions.
Pricing: Price on request. The listing shows "Any Budget" and no figures.
Pros:
- Platinum-tier HubSpot partner, so inbound, ABM and CRM are built in one system
- Serves technology and industrial B2B companies, a narrower focus than most Indian agencies
Watch-outs:
- No published prices or minimums
- Inbound and ABM take a quarter or more to compound; this is not the agency for meetings next month
- The listing does not describe cold email or SDR services
Best for: Technology and industrial companies that already run HubSpot, or want to, and need an ABM and inbound engine rather than an outbound team.
3. SalesAladin (Meerut, Uttar Pradesh)
Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, per its website.
Services: B2B lead generation and appointment setting, market research, multi-channel ABM, SDR team training, and martech setup and administration on Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot and Zoho Campaigns, plus web design, SEO and content. Its site describes multi-touch, multi-channel outreach but does not list the channels; a client testimonial mentions email, telemarketing and social ads. It says it has worked with B2B services and product companies since 2016, and with telcos and BFSIs globally.
Pricing: Price on request. The site describes "affordable and customizable sales growth solutions based on your budgets and needs" and no per-lead, per-meeting or retainer figures.
Published track record (its own figures): 6,798 appointments delivered, 1,807 opportunities and 403 deals won across 100+ companies in 15+ industries, with 85% client retention.
Pros:
- Publishes cumulative appointment and deal counts, which few Indian agencies do
- Can set up the CRM and train your SDRs as well as book meetings
Watch-outs:
- No published prices
- Channels are not spelled out on the site, so confirm whether LinkedIn and calling are included
Best for: Telecom, BFSI and IT services firms that want appointment setting plus CRM and SDR enablement from one vendor.
4. Leadle (Chennai)
Location: Velachery, Chennai, per its website.
Services: Outbound OS (signal-based outbound and B2B appointment setting) in three engagement models, Build & Transfer, Build & Operate and Appointment Setting; RevOps as a Service; Founder On Call GTM guidance; and CRM cleanup. It says it has worked with 450+ B2B teams "from SaaS to services scaling past $5M".
Pricing: Price on request.
Pros:
- Build & Transfer model if you want to take outbound in-house later
- Combines outbound with RevOps, so the CRM gets fixed alongside the pipeline
- Publishes a guide for Indian B2B founders entering the US
Watch-outs:
- No published pricing
- Its site targets companies past $5M in revenue, so early-stage teams may be below its sweet spot
Best for: SaaS and services companies past $5M revenue that want outbound and RevOps built, then handed over.
5. ClientMagnet (Hebbal, Bengaluru)
Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru, per its website. It describes its clients as "services businesses across India".
Services: B2B lead generation (three Pipeline plans), prospect research, appointment setting, LinkedIn lead generation, LinkedIn ghostwriting for founders and data enrichment, plus AI workflow, CRM, chatbot and WhatsApp automation.

Pipeline Starter has no setup fee and a 90-day initial term. Tool, software and ad costs are billed to the client directly.
Pros:
- The most complete published price list on this list
- A real Bangalore office and a stated 90-day initial term
Watch-outs:
- Its site focuses on Indian services firms selling in India; it does not describe US or UK campaigns
- Tool costs sit outside the fee
Best for: Indian B2B services firms that want a Bangalore-based team selling into India, with every price visible before the first call.
6. Modern Inbound (Pune)
Location: Pune, per its website, which describes "research-led outbound run from Pune" into the US, UK, Europe, Africa and the GCC.
Services: Cold email agency (two tiers), lead generation agency and MSP lead generation.
Pricing (published): Personalized Outreach ₹75,000 + GST a month ($899 for USD clients); Segmented Outreach ₹50,000 + GST ($599). Billed quarterly. Thirty mailboxes ($99/mo) and domains ($150/yr) are bought in the client's name and paid to the provider; the first 14 days of warmup are free. A delivered lead is "a prospect who replied positively to a campaign and was handed to you with the full thread", not a booked meeting.
Pros:
- Clear published prices and a clear definition of a delivered lead
- Infrastructure owned by the client
Watch-outs:
- It states "no guarantees and no refunds", and booking the meeting is your job
- First delivered leads usually take 30 to 45 days, per its site
- Cold email only; no LinkedIn or calling; quarterly billing
Best for: Teams with someone in-house to turn replies into meetings, who want a low-cost fixed-fee cold email engine.
7. DemandFluence (Pune and Navi Mumbai)
Location: Main office in Wanowrie, Pune, with a second office in Navi Mumbai, per its website. It also has service pages for Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata and Bangalore without listing offices there.
Services: Sales-qualified leads (B2B appointment setting, demand generation, ABM), marketing-qualified leads (lead generation, content, email marketing, event promotion), data services (contact discovery, verification, account profiling), inside sales consulting and training, and PPC and SEO. It says it has been "mastering lead generation since 2007" and names cybersecurity, data analytics, supply chain, cloud, HR tech, DevOps, QA, AI/ML, IT services, ITSM and enterprise SaaS as its verticals, with India and the UAE as target regions.
Pricing: Price on request. The site mentions a "Lead Calculator" but publishes no figures.
Pros:
- Nearly two decades in B2B tech lead generation, with contact data as a separate service
- Separates SQL programmes from MQL programmes, which makes scoping easier
Watch-outs:
- No published prices
- Its site is oriented to enterprise technology vendors; small SaaS teams may find the scope heavier than they need
Best for: Enterprise software and IT services vendors that want appointment setting backed by verified contact data.
8. Sales Design (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Dubai)
Location: Offices listed in Gurgaon (Golf Course Road), Bangalore (Bellandur), Chennai (Anna Nagar), Pune (Aundh) and Dubai, per its website.

Its site says it focuses "exclusively on social selling", with a four-stage process of account setup, outreach, lead qualification and appointment setting. Markets named include the GCC, South East Asia, India and South Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the US, Canada and the UK; industries include BFSI, IT/ITES, e-commerce, consumer goods, pharma and automotive.
Pricing (published model): "Our fee is performance linked. You pay for what you get." No figures are published.
Pros:
- Performance-linked fee, and offices in four Indian metros plus Dubai
- Covers India, the Gulf and South East Asia from one team
Watch-outs:
- No figures, so get the definition of a paid-for result in writing
- LinkedIn-first; its site does not describe cold email infrastructure or calling
Best for: Companies that want LinkedIn-led appointment setting across India, the GCC and South East Asia on a pay-for-results basis.
9. Beyond Codes (Indian phone number; offices listed in Simi Valley, London and Vancouver)
Location: Its contact page lists offices in Simi Valley, California, in Harrow, London, and in Vancouver, plus a +91 Indian phone number; no Indian address is listed. We include it because its site says it works with "9 of the Top 12 IT companies, 32 of the Top 50 Tier-2 IT/BPS companies, and 70+ SMEs and product companies globally", which is an Indian IT services client base.
Services: B2B appointment setting, lead generation, outsourced SDR services, ABM, lead nurturing, audience acquisition for events, research as a service, demand generation, end-to-end sales and Sales Global Capability Centres. Outreach spans "email, phone, LinkedIn, and digital channels". Markets: North America, UK and Europe, ANZ, APAC and the Middle East. It cites 18+ years of experience.
Pricing: Price on request.
Pros:
- Phone-led, enterprise-grade appointment setting for large IT and BPS firms
- Can staff a sales GCC if you want a captive team rather than an agency
Watch-outs:
- No published prices and no Indian address on the site
- Built for large IT vendors; small B2B companies are not its stated focus
Best for: Tier-1 and tier-2 IT services and BPS companies that want enterprise appointment setting into North America and Europe.
10. Pixelo Digital (Navi Mumbai and San Francisco)
Location: Arihant Aura, Navi Mumbai, with a US address in San Francisco, per its website.

It says it serves SaaS, IT and services companies worldwide and is trusted by 200+ GTM teams.
Pricing: Price on request.
Pros:
- Inbound and outbound under one roof, including an AI SDR offer
- Focused on SaaS and IT rather than every industry
Watch-outs:
- No published prices or minimums
- Breadth means you should scope which engine you are buying before comparing quotes
Best for: SaaS and IT companies that want demand generation and outbound run by the same team.
11. growth.cx (Worli, Mumbai)
Location: WeWork, Worli, Mumbai, per its website.
Services: A B2B SaaS agency organised into five "revenue engines": full-stack, demand gen and pipeline, performance, outbound and AI organic. Under those sit SaaS SEO and AI SEO, content marketing, performance marketing on Google, LinkedIn and Meta, demand generation and ABM, cold emailing and outbound, product marketing, fractional CMO and website design. It says it has scaled 150+ companies, with clients in the US, India and South Africa.
Pricing (published model): Packages by company stage ($0–$1M, $1M–$10M and $10M+ ARR) on a "predictable monthly fee", with ad spend run through the client's own accounts at zero markup. Initial commitment is 90 days, then month-to-month. Figures are sized on a strategy call and not published.
Pros:
- Full-funnel scope priced by stage, with no commission on media
- Month-to-month after the first 90 days
Watch-outs:
- No fee figures on the site
- SaaS-specific; services and staffing firms are not its stated market
Best for: B2B SaaS companies that want a fractional marketing team covering content, paid and outbound rather than a single-channel vendor.
12. LeadShuttle (HITEC City, Hyderabad)
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad, per its website, which describes it as a B2B lead generation company since 2017 with 99+ B2B companies served.
Services: B2B appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, email outreach and lead research, plus AI, local and technical SEO. Industries listed: SaaS, fintech, professional services, e-commerce, healthcare and MedTech, manufacturing.

Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice; all plans state a money-back guarantee whose terms are not described on the page.
Pros:
- One of the few Indian agencies with a published per-meeting price
- No stated minimum term
Watch-outs:
- Its pricing page has internal inconsistencies (a "no setup costs" line alongside a $999 set-up fee on the per-meeting plan), so confirm in writing
- Contact volumes per plan are modest; multi-persona campaigns may need the Dual Channel plan or more
Best for: Teams that want to pay per booked meeting, or to start email or LinkedIn outbound at a fixed $999 a month.
13. Blueberg (Bengaluru, per directory listing)
Location: Its website lists no address; the Saleshandy agency directory describes it as a Bengaluru-based B2B outbound agency.

Pros:
- Low-commitment entry plan with a published price
- Includes calling and WhatsApp, which most email-first agencies do not
Watch-outs:
- Launchpad covers one channel only
- No address on the website; confirm where the team sits if that matters
Best for: Teams that want to test one outbound channel without a lock-in, then add calling or WhatsApp.
14. upGrowth (Pune)
Location: Headquartered in Pune (NIBM Road), per its website, with programmes "across India and the GCC" and playbooks for Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad.

Industries: B2B SaaS, fintech and BFSI, healthtech and MedTech, and enterprise SaaS at 100 Cr+ revenue.
Pricing (published): "Typically ranges from Rs 80,000 to Rs 3,00,000 per month" as a fixed retainer for strategy and execution, plus a separate media budget.
Pros:
- Publishes a retainer range, and names its intent-data and attribution approach
- Inbound and paid demand capture that outbound-only agencies do not cover
Watch-outs:
- Ad spend comes on top of the retainer
- Not a cold email or appointment-setting service
Best for: SaaS, fintech and healthtech companies with an ad budget that want inbound-led pipeline with attribution.
15. Lead To Market (Bangalore, Houston and Tel Aviv)
Location: Corporate locations in Houston, Bangalore and Tel Aviv, with most staff in its two Bangalore offices, per its website.

Best for: Companies that want lead generation plus research and back-office capacity from a Bangalore team.
How to choose a B2B lead generation or marketing agency in India
- Decide the model first. Outbound when you can name your buyers and need meetings this quarter. Inbound or ABM when buyers already search for what you sell and you can fund media for six months. Full-funnel when you are SaaS and want one team for both.
- Ask what a "lead" is. A positive reply (Modern Inbound), a booked meeting (LeadShuttle's per-meeting plan, Digital Patron's appointment setting) and an MQL from a paid campaign (upGrowth) are different deliverables at different prices.
- Ask who owns the domains, mailboxes and data. You should. Modern Inbound and Digital Patron register sending domains in the client's name; ask every agency the same question.
- Ask about deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup time, inbox-placement tests and how many sending domains they use. Check your own domain with our free email deliverability checker.
- Check the minimum term and billing. Published terms above range from no lock-in (Blueberg Launchpad, LeadShuttle with 30 days' notice) to two months (Digital Patron), 90 days (ClientMagnet, growth.cx) and quarterly billing (Modern Inbound).
- Match the agency's market to yours. ClientMagnet sells into India; Beyond Codes into North America and Europe for large IT firms; Sales Design into the GCC and South East Asia; Digital Patron into the US, UK, UAE and India for SaaS, IT and staffing.
- Ask for a sample sequence or campaign plan for your ICP before you sign. Generic templates are a red flag.
- Treat published track-record numbers as the agency's own claims. Ours included. Ask for a reference client in your sector.
What a B2B lead generation agency costs in India in 2026
From the prices published by the agencies above:
- Cold email only: ₹50,000 to ₹75,000 a month plus GST, or $599 to $899 (Modern Inbound); $800 a month (Digital Patron package)
- Multi-channel outbound: from $899 a month (Digital Patron managed outbound); $949 a month for one channel (Blueberg); $999 to $1,499 a month (LeadShuttle); ₹75,000 to ₹3,00,000 a month (ClientMagnet's three plans)
- Per meeting: $150 to $300 per booked meeting plus a set-up fee (LeadShuttle); performance-linked, figures on request (Sales Design)
- Appointment setting as a managed programme: from ₹3,00,000 a month (ClientMagnet); price on request at Beyond Codes, DemandFluence, SalesAladin and Leadle
- Paid and inbound-led programmes: ₹80,000 to ₹3,00,000 a month plus ad spend (upGrowth); stage-based monthly fee (growth.cx)
- Managed AI SDR: $1,799 to $5,200 a month (Digital Patron)
Across the wider Indian market, the pricing models look like this: fixed retainers of roughly $800 to $5,000 a month (the most common model), per-lead pricing of about ₹500 to ₹2,000 per qualified lead, and per-meeting pricing of about $150 to $600 per booked meeting. These are typical market ranges, not quotes. Budget separately for tools, data, mailboxes and media where an agency bills them outside the fee.
Frequently asked questions
Which is the best B2B lead generation agency in India?
It depends on the model and the market. For cold email plus LinkedIn aimed at US, UK, UAE or Indian buyers with published pricing, Digital Patron (from $800 a month) is our pick, and we are biased. For a full published price list and an Indian-market focus, ClientMagnet starts at ₹75,000 a month. For a published per-meeting price, LeadShuttle charges $150 to $300 per meeting. For HubSpot-led inbound and ABM, The Smarketers is the specialist on this list.
What is the difference between a B2B marketing agency and a B2B lead generation agency?
A B2B marketing agency builds demand through content, search, paid media and ABM, and is measured on pipeline over quarters. A B2B lead generation agency goes directly to named buyers by email, LinkedIn and phone, and is measured on replies and meetings within weeks. Many Indian agencies use both labels; check the service pages, not the tagline.
How much does a B2B marketing agency cost in India?
Published retainers on this list run from ₹50,000 a month plus GST for cold email only to ₹3,00,000 a month for multi-channel or paid-led programmes, with media budgets on top where ads are involved. Per-meeting pricing starts at $150. Most agencies on this list do not publish prices at all, so ask for the fee, the minimum term and what is billed outside the fee.
What is a B2B growth agency?
"Growth agency" usually means a full-funnel team that runs demand generation, outbound and conversion work together, priced by company stage. On this list growth.cx and Pixelo Digital fit that description; most others are specialists in either outbound or inbound.
How long does it take a B2B lead generation agency to produce meetings?
For cold outbound, expect one to two weeks of domain warmup and list building, first replies in weeks three and four, and steady meetings from about week five; Modern Inbound's site says first delivered leads usually take 30 to 45 days. Inbound and ABM programmes typically need a quarter or more before pipeline shows. Be wary of anyone promising meetings in week one.
Should an Indian SaaS company hire an agency or build an SDR team?
Hire an agency to prove the channel works for your ICP first; build in-house once you know the message and the list. Leadle's Build & Transfer model is designed for exactly that hand-over. Our appointment setting vs lead generation guide covers which service to buy first.
