How we scored: see the method below.
Which outsourced SDR companies are best in 2026?
Short answer: on a published 7-point rubric, the top two are CIENCE and SalesRoads. Both publish real prices, state their terms, have dozens of verified Clutch reviews and name the clients in their case studies. Callbox, Martal Group, Leadium and Abstrakt tie on 5 points and are ordered by review count. Belkins, memoryBlue, SalesHive and Sales Focus Inc follow. Every figure comes from the company's own pages or Clutch profile, checked on 3 Nov 2026, and is linked so you can recheck it.
An outsourced SDR (sales development representative) company, also sold as SDR-as-a-service, provides the people who prospect for you. It builds lists, calls and emails your target buyers, and books qualified meetings for your account executives.
How we scored them
Rubric (maximum 7 points). Checked on 3 Nov 2026.
- Published price (2 points): a dollar figure on the company's own site. Form budget bands and "contact us" score 0.
- Minimum term stated (1): month-to-month, a pilot length or a contract length, in writing.
- Verified third-party reviews (2): the Clutch review count we read on the profile that day. 50 or more scores 2, 10 to 49 scores 1, fewer than 10 scores 0.
- Named case studies (1): at least one case study on the company's site that names the client.
- What's included (1): the site says whether list building, calling and/or email, and reporting are part of the service.
- Fit: described for each company, not scored.
Ranked by total score. Ties go to the company with more verified Clutch reviews. Where a page said nothing, the table says "Not stated".

The list
1. CIENCE (7/7)
CIENCE publishes the most complete price list in this group. Its campaign team costs $2,000 a month and the graph8 platform $499 a month. SDRs start at $1,750 per SDR a month offshore and $3,500 in the US or Europe. On top of that there is a performance bonus tied to held meetings, paid only when an SDR reaches 60% of target, and a one-time setup fee whose amount is not listed. Terms are month to month. Setup covers list building, four campaigns, and email, phone and LinkedIn infrastructure. SDRs call, email and message buyers every working day, and held meetings are reported monthly. Clutch lists Denver, CO and shows 4.2 from 142 reviews. Named case studies include Okta and Wrike. Fit: teams that want to scale headcount by the seat with a published per-SDR rate.
2. SalesRoads (7/7)
SalesRoads bills per four-week engagement: $11,950 for one dedicated SDR, $16,750 for two, and up to $43,150 for six ($7,192 per rep). It states "No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime." Each SDR works one account only. The service includes a strategist, a coach, a research team supplying 500 records per SDR a month, calling, personalised email across multiple domains, CRM integration and a live dashboard. HQ is Boca Raton, FL. Clutch shows 4.9 from 69 reviews, and named case studies include AchieveIt, Protecht and Crewhu. No guarantee is stated. Fit: companies that want a dedicated, phone-led US team and can budget about $12,000 a month for one SDR.
3. Callbox (5/7)
Callbox prices by "Campaign Pod": $6,667 a month for one pod, with exact pricing given after consultation and "no hidden fees". A pod is one dedicated SDR plus a multichannel cadence (phone, email, LinkedIn, web retargeting), enriched data, a campaign manager and weekly reporting. Contract length is not stated. Clutch lists Los Angeles, CA with 4.6 from 128 reviews. Its case studies describe clients without naming them. Fit: buyers who want a pod-based multichannel programme and international coverage.
4. Martal Group (5/7)
Martal does not publish a figure. Tier 1A outbound is a flat monthly fee after a 3-month pilot. Tiers 2 and 3 add a sales commission and start with a 4-month pilot. The programme includes weekly lead lists, five to seven touches across email, LinkedIn and calls, appointment booking, and weekly meetings and reporting. Clutch lists Oakville, Canada and shows 4.8 from 110 reviews. Named case studies include Deephow and Berger Levrault. Fit: companies that also want help closing deals, through the commission tiers.
5. Leadium (5/7)
Leadium does not publish prices. Its enquiry form offers budget bands that start at "$2,500 to $3,500". All contracts are month-to-month. It "guarantees the service and sales activity deliverables" but states it does not guarantee outcomes. It offers data research, cold calling, outbound email and campaign updates over shared Slack. Clutch lists Las Vegas, NV and shows 5.0 from 90 reviews. Named case studies include HackerOne and PayEm. Fit: buyers who value month-to-month terms and a written activity commitment.
6. Abstrakt (5/7)
Abstrakt's Outbound BDR programme starts at $5,000 a month as "one flat monthly program" covering reps, the target list and data, daily calls on recorded lines, short text-only emails, LinkedIn and direct mail. An activity or qualified-appointment number is agreed in writing, and "if we miss the number by the end of the year, we work for free until we hit it." The term for Outbound BDR is not stated. It is based in St. Louis, MO, and Clutch shows 4.6 from 44 reviews. Fit: SMB and services firms that want phone-first outbound with a written annual target.
7. Belkins (4/7)
Belkins sells monthly retainers without published prices. Plans are framed by appointments per year: 30+ (Small business), 100+ (Growth) and 200+ (Growth Plus). Every plan includes lead research and validation, copywriting, email and LinkedIn outreach, scheduling with no-show recovery, and reports. Calling is included in Growth and Growth Plus only. Its site gives Dover, DE and Clutch gives Denver, CO. It has the most Clutch reviews here (4.9 from 234). Named case studies include Autodesk. Fit: email-and-LinkedIn-led appointment setting with heavy review evidence. The unpublished price and term cost it points.
8. memoryBlue (2/7)
memoryBlue publishes no price, model or term, only a cost calculator. It describes an in-office delivery model with "650+ SDRs" and says "85% of the meetings we book come directly from the phone." Offices include Tysons, VA, Dallas, TX and London. memoryBlue acquired Operatix in 2023, and its Clutch profile (4.7 from 23 reviews) sits at the former Operatix URL. Named case studies include Gainsight. Fit: B2B tech companies that want a phone-heavy team across the US, EMEA and APAC.
9. SalesHive (2/7)
SalesHive quotes custom prices for its Starter, Growth and Crush plans. Each is one flat, all-inclusive monthly fee without a setup charge or per-meeting pricing. Plans are month-to-month with written notice, and annual plans run longer. It says plainly that it does "not guarantee a number of meetings". Calling is in every plan, while email is in Growth and Crush only. Clutch lists Littleton, CO with one review (0.5). Its case studies keep client names private. Fit: buyers who want to approve the playbook before paying anything. It says you owe $0 until launch is approved.
10. Sales Focus Inc (1/7)
Sales Focus Inc does not publish a price, model or term. It offers a "45-day Launch Guarantee" that the team will be live within 45 days, and its US-based reps run cold calls, email sequences and social selling. It is based in North Charleston, SC, and Clutch shows 4.3 from 2 reviews. Its case studies are anonymous. Fit: buyers who mainly need a US team live on a fixed timeline.
What does an outsourced SDR cost in 2026?
Only four of the ten publish a figure. They use three pricing models:
- Per SDR: CIENCE charges $1,750 a month per offshore SDR or $3,500 per US/EU SDR, plus $2,000 for the campaign team and $499 for the platform. SalesRoads charges $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR, falling to $7,192 per rep at six. A Callbox pod, which is one dedicated SDR, costs $6,667 a month.
- Flat retainer or programme: Abstrakt starts at $5,000 a month. Belkins, Martal (Tier 1A) and SalesHive also charge flat monthly fees but do not publish the amounts.
- Per meeting: none of the ten publishes per-meeting pricing, and SalesHive says it has none. The closest is CIENCE's bonus on held meetings and Martal's commission on its higher tiers.
Before comparing headline prices, ask about setup fees. CIENCE charges one of unlisted size, while SalesHive says it has none.
Outsourced SDR vs cold email agency vs in-house SDR
- Outsourced SDR company: dedicated reps who call, email and use LinkedIn on your behalf. You get human conversations and objection handling, at per-seat prices like those above.
- Cold email agency: runs email-led campaigns, sometimes with an AI SDR layer. There is usually no phone work, it typically costs less per month, and it suits markets where buyers answer email more readily than calls.
- In-house SDR: you pay salary, commission, benefits, data and tooling, plus the time spent hiring, ramping and managing. You keep full control and all the learning. We have not put a number on this because cost varies by market. Calculators from memoryBlue and Abstrakt let you enter your own figures.
What does SDR-as-a-service include?
Across the ten companies, the common parts are list building and data research, messaging and copy, outreach by phone, email and LinkedIn, meeting booking, CRM logging and regular reporting. What varies is whether the rep is dedicated to you (SalesRoads, Callbox pods), whether every plan includes both calling and email (SalesHive Starter is phone only; Belkins Small business has no calling), how often you get reports (weekly at Callbox and Martal, monthly at CIENCE) and how fast it launches (under 14 days at CIENCE, 15 business days at SalesRoads, 45 days guaranteed at Sales Focus).

Is $800 a month for outbound worth it for you?
Move the sliders to your own numbers. These are your assumptions, not a forecast or a promise of results.
- Deals a month
- 0.8
- Return on fee
- 2.5x
- Deals to break even
- 0.32
Comfortably worth it on these numbers.
Digital Patron's plans start at $800 a month. Every other number here is your own assumption; we don't publish meeting counts or guarantees. All plans are on the pricing page.
Red flags: guarantees and lock-ins
- Guarantees with no definition. A meeting guarantee is only useful if "qualified" is defined in writing. Abstrakt agrees its number in writing. Leadium guarantees activity, not outcomes. SalesHive guarantees no meeting count.
- Long pilots before you can leave. Martal's 3 and 4-month pilots are stated openly. Ask every vendor whose term is not stated (Callbox, Abstrakt, Belkins, memoryBlue, Sales Focus) for the exact length before signing.
- Setup and data fees outside the headline price.
- Who owns the domains, mailboxes and lists when the contract ends.
About the publisher (we are not ranked)
Digital Patron is based in Gurugram, India, and was founded in 2022. We sell email-first, done-for-you outbound and an AI SDR. We do not provide phone SDRs, so we are not a like-for-like alternative to the call-led teams above. Pricing starts at $800 a month ($800+), scoped to your sending volume, channels and markets. The exact scope and price come in a written proposal after a 30-minute call. Sending domains are registered in the client's name and warmed up for 15 days. Each mailbox sends about 35 emails a day, with 3 mailboxes per domain. We have no per-meeting pricing and give no meeting guarantees. See outsourced SDR, cold email outreach and pricing. FAQ
What does an outsourced SDR cost in 2026?
Among the four companies that publish prices (checked 3 Nov 2026), CIENCE charges from $1,750 per offshore SDR a month plus a $2,000 campaign team fee. Abstrakt starts at $5,000 a month, a Callbox pod with one SDR costs $6,667 a month, and SalesRoads charges $11,950 per four weeks for one SDR. The other six quote on request.
Is SDR as a service worth it?
It is worth it when you need pipeline faster than you can hire and ramp a rep, and your buyers answer the phone. Published one-seat costs run from about $4,250 a month (CIENCE offshore, with fees) to $11,950 per four weeks (SalesRoads), so weigh that against the extra deals. Define a qualified meeting in writing before you sign.
Do outsourced SDR companies guarantee meetings?
Mostly not. Abstrakt agrees a number in writing and works free until it is hit by year end. Leadium guarantees activity, not outcomes. SalesHive says it guarantees no meeting count, and Sales Focus guarantees only a 45-day launch. The other six state no guarantee on the pages we checked.
What is the difference between an outsourced SDR and a cold email agency?
An outsourced SDR company provides reps who call, email and message prospects, usually priced per seat. A cold email agency runs email-led campaigns, often without phone work, and usually costs less per month.
What minimum term do outsourced SDR companies require?
CIENCE, Leadium and SalesHive state month-to-month terms, and SalesRoads says there is no long-term commitment. Martal runs a 3-month pilot, or 4 months on higher tiers. Callbox, Abstrakt, Belkins, memoryBlue and Sales Focus did not state a term on the pages we checked, so ask before signing.
